Here are the FULL MRI results:

MRI OF THE LEFT KNEE:

CLINICAL HISTORY: Left knee pain; rule out anterior cruciate ligament tear; rule out lateral meniscal tear.

TECHNIQUE: A variety of pulse sequences were obtained in multiple planes to emphasize T1 and T2 weighted imaging parameters.

FINDINGS: There is bone bruise and microfracture identified within the medial and lateral tibial plateaus, the lateral femoral condyle and to a lesser extent, within the medial femoral condyle.
Correlation with plain radiographs is recommended.
There is no evidence of displaced knee fracture or knee dislocation.
The patellar and quadriceps tendons are intact. There is mild to moderate chondromalacia patellae without evidence of subchondral pathology.

There is a full-thickness tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). The posterior cruciate ligament is intact.

The anterior and posterior horns of the lateral meniscus are intact.

There is a nondisplaced vertical tear involving the undersurface of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. The anterior horn of the medial meniscus is intact.

There is mild to moderate strain of the medial collateral ligament. The lateral collateral ligament is intact. The patellar retinaculum is intact.

There is a mild to moderate joint effusion. There is no evidence of Baker’s cyst present within the popliteal fossa.

IMPRESSION: Bone bruise and microfracture within the medial and lateral tibial plateaus, lateral femoral condyle and, to a lesser extent, the medial femoral condyle. Correlation with plain radiographs is recommended.

Chondromalacia patellae.

Full-thickness tear of the anterior cruciate ligament.
